چکیده
Amaç: İnmeli hastalarda hali hazırda yaygın olarak uygulanan konvansiyonel fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon programıyla, alt ekstremite temelli yapılandırılmış hedef odaklı eğitimin denge parametreleri üzerine olan etkilerinin karşılaştırılmasıdır.
Yöntem: Çalışmaya, 18 yaş üzeri, ilk defa inme geçirmiş, Brunnstorm evre ≥3, fonksiyonel ambulasyon sınıflaması ≥2 olan, sonrası en az 3 ay geçmiş, herhangi ek nörolojik problemi olmayan 39 inmeli birey dahil edilmiştir. Olgular, yöntemle tedavi edilen (K-FTR) eğitimle (ATHO-FTR) grup olmak üzere ikiye ayrılmıştır. Bütün bireyler 4 hafta boyunca haftada 5 gün birer saat tedaviye alınmıştır. Tedavinin başında sonunda Berg Denge Ölçeği (BDÖ), Fonksiyonel Uzanma Testi (FUT), postüral simetri, ağırlık aktarma simetrisi İnme Etki Skalası (İES) değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır.
Bulgular: K-FTR ATHO-FTR gruplarının her ikisinde öncesi değerlendirmelerde BDÖ, FUT İES’de istatistiksel anlamlı artış gözlenirken (p0,05). grupları birbirleri ile karşılaştırdıklarında ise gruplar arası fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05).
Sonuç: üzerindeki olumlu etkileri eğitimi benzerlik göstermektedir.

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of task-oriented training with altered somatosensory input on the balance ability of chronic stroke patients. [Subjects and Methods] Twenty-six subjects with chronic stroke were divided into an experimental group (n=14) and a control group (n=12). Both groups attended physical therapy sessions five times a week for four weeks. The ...

Objetives: Recovery of upper limb motor function in stroke is limited. Different approaches are used to improve the upper limb function, but none has satisfactory results. The present study investigated the effect of task related training and role of hand dominance in upper limb motor function rehabilitation in stroke population. Methods: A convenient sample of 32 subjects divided into 4 gro...
